Opening July 24, 2009

Here are the movies opening July 24th, 2009, the plot summaries are all summed up by me, they are definitely not literal summaries!

G-Force-A team of highly trained guinea pigs try to save the world from evil when they're the world's only hope. It scares me that there's a movie even considering that option. When the world is in peril and only animals can save us, I'm calling on the apes. Also, I can't stand movies where everything is green screen, which is like this entire movie, why not just make it a full fledged cartoon? This movie is rated PG for mild action and rude humor. Watch out, I think they say poop and that is of course a very "rude" word.

Orphan-A mourning couple decides to adopt a cute little girl before realizing she's a psychotic bitch that is most likely going to kill them in the end! They should've known a girl named Esther wouldn't be the best choice. Rated R for disturbing violent content, sexuality, and language. But this movie was originally rated PG-13, so it might not be as disturbing as it seems.

The Ugly Truth-Two old people who can't find better acting jobs team up to find out what turns women and men on, aka, the ugly truth. Ha ha. Rated R for sexual content and language. I imagine the sexual content is Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler and the language is probably them both saying "fuck" every other word, you know, an average R rated comedy.

Three other movies are opening in select theaters, those include The Answer Man, In The Loop, and Shrink.
